Job summary

AtlasBrands is transitioning its financial operations to an in-house function and seeking an experienced accounting leader to own books, close processes, and reporting across parent and DTC brands. The role is remote-first, async, with core overlap during US EST hours, guiding a Bookkeeper and optimizing controls for high-volume ecommerce.

You will drive migration efforts, oversee intercompany activity, and scale finance for multiple brands in a fast-growing DTC environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with multi-entity and DTC/e-commerce exposure.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools.
• Strong people management and hands-on troubleshooting mindset.
