Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to ensure integrity of financial information and strong control processes. You will lead the Finance team, manage budgeting, audits, and profitability improvements, reporting to the VP of Finance.

The role supports leadership with financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvements across business units, ensuring compliance and strategic financial direction for North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 5+ years in general accounting/finance.
• CPA preferred and GAAP/IFRS/SOX knowledge in manufacturing.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial objectives and policies.
• Improve efficiency of financial processes.
• Prepare reports to forecast activity and financial position.
• Maintain budgets and related financial documentation.
• Manage internal controls to safeguard assets and inventory.
• Support audits and financial statement preparation.
