Job summary

Voya Investment Management LLC in Atlanta seeks an Accounting Manager within Controllership to oversee financial reporting and internal controls, ensuring accuracy across US GAAP and IFRS data. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, compliant financial statements.

The role requires 6–8 years in complex accounting, experience in compensation programs, and collaboration with HR, Payroll and Finance to drive process improvements, mentor staff, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or business administration.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Public accounting experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal entity financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, and proxy data.
• Lead compliance with regulators and audits.
• Oversee accounting for employee compensation programs.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Compensation and Finance teams.
• Maintain internal controls under US GAAP and SOX.
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors.
