Responsibilities

• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Own the GAAP-to-Anaplan handoff so reporting never stalls between teams.
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions.
• Coach manager analysts on how a clean reconciliation should feel.
• Close the books each month and ensure accuracy across all entries.
• File quarterly sales-and-use tax across every OR jurisdiction we touch.
• Carry the manager budget reforecast through three rounds of leadership review.
