Confido is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting. This role will shape financial processes, maintain internal controls, and support strategic decisions as the company grows.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of accounting experience, a CPA certification, and strong analytical skills. Benefits include equity, unlimited PTO, and fully paid health plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

• Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
