Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the month-end close, cost accounting, and ERP-driven finance infrastructure within a fast-paced, multi-client co-packing environment.

The ideal candidate will manage Staff and Senior Accountants, drive process improvements, and partner across departments for audits and financial reporting. CPA/CMA a plus; 5–7+ years in accounting; strong Excel and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or CMA a plus.
• Progressive accounting experience with 5–7+ years; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge including job costing, BOMs/routings, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the month-end close process and close schedule.
• Supervise, train, and develop Staff and Senior Accountants.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and rollforwards; analyze cost variances.
