Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Construction or contracting industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• CPA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily accounting operations and support the accounting team.
• Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections.
• Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Manage job cost analysis and construction‑related financial reporting.
• Maintain work‑in‑progress schedules and support percentage‑of‑completion accounting.
• Oversee fixed assets and corporate insurance administration.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen accounting processes and improve efficiencies.
