Job summary

The Intersect Group in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced accounting leader to oversee accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting, partnering closely with the Controller to ensure timely and accurate results.

You will review GL accounts, journal entries, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany activity; lead and develop accounting staff; and support audits, internal controls, and accounting projects with a strong focus on GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Public accounting/audit experience and CPA are a plus.
