Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own the full-cycle monthly close and serve as a technical accounting resource for a growing, multi-site behavioral health organization.

The role reports to the Controller, leads the accounting workstream for acquisitions, and requires hands-on ASC 805 experience, CPA licensure, and a track record of accurate, timely closes. Healthcare exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years public accounting experience with a Big 4 firm in audit or transaction/technical accounting services.
• Hands-on ASC 805 and full-cycle month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities and locations.
• Lead acquisition accounting including purchase price allocation and integration.
• Serve as in-house technical resource on revenue recognition, leases, liabilities, and other judgmental areas.
• Supervise accounting staff and partner with operations and site leadership to ensure accurate close.
