• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public accounting.
• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Role is based in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from start to finish and manage budgets.
• Supervise preparation of client work products and communication.
• Maintain client relationships and onboarding processes.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and mentoring.
• Support business development and cross-selling initiatives.
