Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in public accounting required.
• CPA or EA certification preferred; eligibility to sit for the exam required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and complex tax engagements from start to finish.
• Lead and train staff, review work papers and ensure quality control.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and new services for clients.
• Develop new business and expand services with existing clients.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
