Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with schedules and commentary.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and related standards.
• Consolidate financial data across entities, including intercompany eliminations.
• Support reporting packages for executives, the board, lenders, and investors.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and improve close cycle.
