Qualifications

• Strong general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting experience.
• ERP implementation or systems-conversion experience is highly desirable; Sage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of four accounting professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day general ledger accounting and monthly, quarterly and annual close.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements and variance analysis.
• Support accounting and reporting across U.S. and international entities.
• Manage intercompany accounting, consolidations and international reporting.
• Maintain appropriate accounting controls and support internal and external audits.
• Play a key role in an ongoing ERP implementation and systems modernization.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting and automation.
• Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on when necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate and hold a team accountable
• ERP implementation or systems-conversion experience is highly desirable
• Sage experience strongly preferred
• Financial services, banking, lending, consumer finance, fintech or related industry experience is a plus
• CPA highly desirable
