• Hands-on experience with AIA billing, certified payroll, union reporting, job costing, construction accounting
• Experience with Sage 300
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint or Spectrum
• Proficient in Excel and creating spreadsheets independently

Responsibilities

• Manage AIA billing for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain lien waivers throughout the billing process.
• Process weekly certified payroll for field employees.
• Complete monthly union reporting for multiple labor unions.
• Review, code, and approve vendor invoices.
• Set up new construction projects within the accounting system.
• Maintain employee setup and records for field personnel.
• Prepare cash reports and other operational and financial reporting.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and project financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and other general accounting functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and support the company's growth.
