Job summary

GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee full-cycle accounting for a manufacturing-focused client base. The role emphasizes month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow planning, with NetSuite at the core of operations.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle accounting experience including financial reporting and month-end close.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience supervising accounting staff or coordinating offshore teams preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and WIP accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, invoicing, collections, and general ledger activities.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage manufacturing accounting, including inventory, work-in-process (WIP), and related reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast to support financial planning.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Utilize NetSuite for accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and operational efficiencies.
• Supervise two direct reports and coordinate with offshore accounting resources.
• Partner with leadership and external accounting professionals on financial matters and special projects.

Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. Key Responsibilities
