This individual will ensure the accuracy of financial operations, manage month-end close processes, and enhance internal controls. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 and industry exposure. The Role:

My Client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their US Finance Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing global organization. As a key member of their Accounting Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their financial operations, from managing month-end close processes and reviewing financial statements to enhancing internal controls.

You’ll also have the chance to identify and implement process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalability, and provide critical support for audits and ad-hoc reporting requests.

What You’ll Do:

• Review monthly financial close, including overseeing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and maintaining supporting schedules
• Lead the development or improvement of internal controls and corporate procedures
• Proactively identify areas for process enhancements and partner with other departments on improvements to help achieve scalability and to support new business initiatives
• Provide support for audit request or ad-hoc reporting requests

We're Looking for Someone With:

• An accounting background with 4-6 years of experience, a combination of Big 4 & Industry Experience
• Experience with financial closes, including review, reconciliation and preparation of P&L, BS and CF statement accounts
• Experience with Netsuite is a plus
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting standards
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
