Position Overview:

We've partnered with a prestigious, highly respected, investment management firm in their search for an Accounting Manager tolead their management company accounting. This role is based in the firm's Dallas office and will play a critical part in driving financial reporting, managing cross-functional projects, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives. You will oversee a high-performing team and collaborate closely with leadership, auditors, and internal stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering both technical and leadership development.
• Own monthly close and financial reporting processes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives to support strategic planning.
• Oversee expense allocations, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
• Provide tax and regulatory support

Qualifications:

• Active CPA required
• Background in public accounting
• Proven experience managing teams
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
• Background in financial services or investment management is highly preferred.
