Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of accounting experience with strong AR and billing exposure.
• Experience with month-end close and revenue-related processes.
• Experience with billing platforms (e.g., Chargebee) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, billing, cash application, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage collections process and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and review invoices; ensure alignment with contracts and service delivery.
• Reconcile daily cash activity (ACH, wires, checks) and maintain accurate records.
• Own month-end close for AR and revenue-related processes, including reporting and reconciliations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external accounting teams to ensure process accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements; maintain SOPs and documentation.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for leading core accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, and month-end close. The Accounting Manager will partner cross-functionally with sales, client services, and leadership while driving process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, billing, cash application, and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage collections process and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients
