Job summary

Wausau Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team in Rothschild, Wisconsin and support strategic growth. This role requires a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2–3+ years in leadership.

CPA preferred but not required. Responsibilities include overseeing month-end close, reporting, internal controls, AP/AR/GL, and partnering with operations, sales, purchasing, and HR to drive process improvements and
