Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the full accounting cycle for multiple client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Review and approve monthly finance package and other accounting documents
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with client to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant financial standards
  • Support client and internal audits and prepare necessary documentation
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making
  • Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for accounting-related matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in client-facing roles and relationship management

Estimated total compensation for this position:

83,300.00 – 102,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
