Accounting Manager - Atlanta

I'm working with a global, publicly listed organization that is looking to add a Manager to its International Accounting & Consolidations team.

This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible international reporting function while working closely with senior leadership and finance teams across multiple countries.

What they're looking for:

• Active CPA
• Public accounting experience, ideally Big 4 / Top 10
• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Experience across financial reporting, consolidations or corporate accounting
• Public company and/or multinational experience
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Someone who can communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographies
• A process-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge how things are currently done

Compensation: ~$150 base + 15% bonus, with some flexibility for the right candidate.

Location: Atlanta | Hybrid, Tuesday & Thursday in office
