Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; hospitality accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ability to work with complex financial data.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with property teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and budget-to-actual reports.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Support internal controls by reviewing invoices and monitoring AR aging.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records across the portfolio.
• Supervise and train accounting staff; assist with onboarding of new team members.
• Partner with CEO and property teams to ensure timely financial reporting.

This is an opportunity for an accounting professional who is experienced in Excel and accounting standards to work for a dynamic, multi-property hospitality environment.

The Role:

• Accounting Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and budget-to-actual reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Support internal controls by reviewing and approving invoices and monitoring AR aging, including collections follow-up
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records across the portfolio
• Supervise, train, and support accounting staff; assist with onboarding of new team members
• Partner with the CEO and property teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting up and down the organization

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience; hospitality accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort working with complex financial data
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with property-level teams
