Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager in Middletown, OH, 100% onsite, to lead AP/AR operations and manage month-end close in a manufacturing setting. Partner with leadership to drive accuracy, controls, and financial discipline.

You will supervise a team, influence process improvements, and contribute to automation and BI initiatives using ERP systems and Power BI across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, AP, and AR accounts.
• Monitor internal controls and support GAAP compliance and company policies.
• Analyze expenses, investigate variances, and provide decision-support reporting.
• Coordinate audits, reporting requirements, and key accounting process improvements.
