Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced accounting leader in Knoxville to own the month-end and year-end close, mentor the staff, and deliver accurate financial statements and analyses. You will manage GL, AR/AP, inventory, and fixed assets while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.

You will coordinate audits, support budgeting and forecasting, and optimize NetSuite ERP with cross-functional partners in operations, supply chain, and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on manufacturing cost accounting.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role overseeing accounting staff.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.
