Qualifications

• Familiarity with onboarding processes such as I-9 and E-Verify.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient management of our accounting team. This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Handle financial reporting, including balance sheet, profit & loss statements, and month or year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and GAAP, and build internal controls to protect company assets.
• Assist in creating and monitoring company budgets, analyzing spending trends throughout the year.
• Collaborate with outside auditors during corporate audits to ensure accurate financial review.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cash flow projections and consolidating financials across all divisions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $44.00/hr.
