We currently have two openings for Production Lead in our RCD Components facility, located in Manchester, NH. This position is critical to the success of our production operations and will be responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting the production team, and ensuring consistent output and quality. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, dependable, and capable of providing day-to-day leadership while performing hands‑on assembly or machine operation tasks.
The Production Lead will perform advanced assembly or machine operation work while providing guidance, training, and workflow coordination for production staff. This role acts as the first point of support on the production floor for questions, task assignments, troubleshooting, and process clarification. The Production Lead plays a key role in maintaining schedule adherence, quality compliance, and efficient production flow.
