Qualifications

• BS in Accounting with hands-on GL month-end close experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on accounting and experience working for a public company.
• CPA, manufacturing, and public accounting experience a PLUS.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index-matches, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete GL month end close and management reporting.
• Team development, process improvements, and automations.
• Complex ASC 606 and SOX knowledge highly preferred.

Our client, a publicly traded Colorado based manufacturing company, is adding a new Accounting Manager to their team. They need a “hands-on not afraid to be in the weeds” Accounting Manager who will develop a team and improve efficiencies as they continue to scale their organization. They are fully in office and have been creating a positive culture that’s brings continuous improvement and team cross-training to everyone. Must be adaptable and highly organized!
