Responsibilities

As an Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing daily operations of the accounting department, analyzing data, producing financial reports, establishing policies, coordinating audits, recommending system improvements, overseeing projects, ensuring compliance, conducting reconciliations, working with the finance team on budgets and forecasts, and evaluating financial performance.

Qualifications

To succeed, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of GAAP, proficiency in monthly reporting and reconciliation, excellent analytical and organizational skills, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
