  • Lead the accounting for internally‑developed capitalized software in accordance with ASC 350‑40, partnering with Engineering, Product, FP&A, and other stakeholders to ensure processes and systems are designed to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and other month‑end close activities for the above areas, with a focus on close acceleration, automation and continuous improvement.
  • Perform research and prepare supporting documentation over complex and other non‑routine transactions, including but not limited to commissions, legal contingencies, intercompany transactions, foreign currency transactions, and deferred compensation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide support for audits, SOX internal control and compliance activities, financial statement tie‑out, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support integration‑related projects by providing key subject matter expertise and implementing process and system‑specific recommendations.
  • Lead and develop your team of direct reports, including providing technical guidance, coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for further career development.
  • Assist with accounting analyses, system implementations, and other special projects as needed.
What you’ll have

  • 1+ year of direct people management experience.
  • Experience working in the technology or SaaS industries.

  • Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
