Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities
• Lead period close on a 13-period accounting calendar
• Maintain accurate inventory and COGS reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash controls, and fixed assets
• Review vendor pricing and support cost analysis
• Help improve accounting workflows, systems, and controls

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a multi-unit or operational environment
• Background in food & beverage, restaurant, café, or retail strongly preferred
• Accrual accounting and inventory costing experience
• Restaurant365
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving setting
