Job summary

LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager for a large-scale operation near Corona, CA. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with compensation in the 140k–150k USD range plus a bonus DOE.

Benefits include M/D/V, 401k match, paid holidays, sick and vacation days. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, consolidations, multi-period closes, journal entries, reconciliations, and coordinating with AP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA a plus.
• CPA a plus; public accounting experience preferred.
• 5–7 years accounting experience.
• Publicly traded company experience needed.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience with heavy volume, fast paced environment.
• Inter-company consolidation experience.
• Large company background.

• Prepare monthly journal entries and adjusting journal entries.
• Perform Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation.
• Review financial statement trend and propose adjustments.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable for invoice, payment, and accrual accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of various monthly reports for management.
• Manage, coach and train teams.
• Manage foreign currency and IFRS.
