Job summary

Hellan Strainer, a subsidiary of Industrial Manufacturing Company International, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the finance function during a period of transition and partnering with corporate leadership and plant management to build a strong financial foundation.

You will manage daily accounting operations, monthly close, budgets, cash flow, internal controls, audits, and ERP data integrity, while driving cost savings and process improvements across the site; travel to other company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting or finance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reporting.
• Lead monthly and annual close processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate and support external audit activities.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain financial data integrity within a cloud-based ERP system and ensure accurate standard costs, routings, and inventory transactions.
• Oversee ERP performance and drive improvements in its use and functionality.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational needs.
• Partner with plant management to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
• Engage with plant operations to understand and support business performance.
