Job description

Accounting Manager
About REBEL

REBEL is a category creator - the leading returns recommerce marketplace. We take returned and excess inventory from top retailers and brands, let our technology inspect, grade and price every item, and resell it to shoppers at up to 70% off.

We process tens of thousands retail returns a week across 100+ categories, and were named Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2026. We're a high-growth, top tier venture-backed company, and we're looking for a strategic finance leader to help us continue to scale.

About the Role

REBEL is hiring a high-ownership Accounting Manager to own day-to-day accounting execution and help scale our financial infrastructure as the business grows. You'll report to our Controller and work closely with Finance leadership on the close, reporting, and controls.

You'll be hands-on in the details, from journal entries and reconciliations to inventory and COGS, while also improving processes, strengthening controls, and building systems that support our next stage of growth. You'll take full ownership of the numbers, communicate clearly with leadership, and flag risks early.

REBEL operates across the US and Canada, so you'll help manage accounting across both entities.
