Overview

CV Resources is partnering with our client in the construction (Commercial Real Estate) industry in search for an Accounting Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee general accounting functions within Corporate Accounting and ensure content integrity of financial data for the corporate office and operating divisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct personnel as necessary to accomplish duties and work with other departments and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
• Responsible for aspects of the company’s closing process, preparation of internal and external financial reports, special analyses, and employee development.
• Provide leadership and develop processes to support company objectives.

Qualifications
