Job summary

You will supervise budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management, while advising leadership on strategic financial planning and compliance. A CPA and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in nonprofits or complex settings are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements by the 20th day of each month.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, cash receipts, and other accounting functions.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and maintenance of financial records.
• Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Present budget recommendations and financial information to executive leaders and board committees.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor promoting prudent financial management across the organization.

Glenwood is seeking an experienced Accounting Manger to join our leadership team and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our non-profit organization.
