CFS in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a talented accounting team and work directly with firm leadership. This high-visibility role offers mentorship, collaboration, and a path for long-term growth.

You will prepare and review complex tax returns, financial statements, and ensure compliance, while coaching staff. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years in public accounting are required; a CPA is preferred.

• 5+ years of public accounting or CPA firm experience required.
• Experience with preparing/reviewing complex tax returns and financial statements.

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns.

• Coach, mentor, and support accounting team members.
