If you’re a proactive leader who thrives on improving processes, supporting teams, and making a measurable impact on business success, this is your opportunity to grow your career in a unique and technically driven setting.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Coordinate accounts payable (AP) activities with the home office accounting team.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for both internal leadership and corporate stakeholders.
  • Support invoicing and project billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner closely with engineering and project management teams to provide project‑level financial reporting and insights.
  • Develop, manage, and track annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational outcomes.
  • Evaluate accounting processes and internal controls; implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Ambler office and corporate accounting teams.
  • Support large project bids by providing financial insight and analysis as needed.
  • Ensure continuity of operations by supporting and backing up all accounting team responsibilities.
  • Provide hands‑on support for timekeeping, expense reporting, and P‑card management when needed.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing accounting team.
  • Support employee development through performance reviews, coaching, and career planning.
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities to build team capability.
  • Partner with leadership and HR on workforce planning, recruiting, and staffing needs.
  • Participate in hiring processes, including candidate evaluation and interviews.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR on employee relations and team performance matters.
  • Review and approve team schedules, including vacation and overhead time.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performance team environment.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word required.
