We’re looking for an Accounting Lead — Statutory Reporting in Raleigh, NC to join us in fulfilling our mission, while utilizing our values of excellence, improvement, and connection. In this role, you will report to the Director of Financial Reporting within the Controllership team and be responsible for the execution of NAIC and other statutory financial reporting and filings.
This individual contributor role partners closely with the Director to support the management of reporting processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional with experience working across cross‑functional teams and a continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing processes and internal controls.
