As an Accounting Lead, you will have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, proficiency in accounting systems, and a strong motivation to drive processes that contribute to an efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting. What You'll Do

• Intercompany Accounting: Oversee proper application of intercompany accounting policies, analyze results, lead end-to-end processes, and optimize procedures for compliance and efficiency.
• Accounting for Standalone US Entities: Partner with teams to meet regulatory reporting requirements, ensure accounting integrity, and lead consolidation processes.
• General Responsibilities: Execute accounting controls, support audits, drive automation and process improvements, and assist in policy development and documentation.

What We Look For

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with recent senior-level general ledger accounting in a public company.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with end-to-end accounting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to work effectively under ambiguity.
• Preferred experience with NetSuite and a passion for technology, BNPL, and consumer lending.

Additional Details

Base pay grade: I; Equity grade: 5. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills. The role is remote-first within the U.S., with some in-office requirements depending on the role.
