Job summary

This is a Full-Time Summer Internship in accounting based at our administrative headquarters in Glen Allen, VA. It runs from May 2027 to August 2027 and pays $20.00 per hour, offering exposure to basic accounting procedures and financial statement preparation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with graduation by Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Review analytics and Key Performance Indicators of business.
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts.
• Assist in accounting schedules & reconciliations.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
