The role will prepare you to become a Business Manager of your own financial operation and will run part-time during Fall 2026 at our Elmont, NY location.

The internship requires 18+ years old status, active enrollment in a Bachelor's program (Accounting or Finance) by May 2027, and basic Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Student in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance by May 2027.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analyses.
• Collaborate with rental branches and other departments.
• Support accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Handle A/P & A/R tasks, cash receipts, and petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties as needed.
