Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tasks.
• Contribute to internal and external audits and ensure internal controls.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions; resolve variances.
• Assist with capital project accounting and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on process improvements.
• Participate in special projects and reporting as directed.
