The Accounting Intern supports client engagement teams by developing foundational tax, assurance, and accounting capabilities while applying analytical thinking and sound judgment under supervision. This role enhances the firm’s client service delivery by producing accurate workpapers, learning to use PBMares-approved technologies, including AI-assisted tools with required human review—and contributing to engagement efficiency. The intern gains exposure to diverse industries, builds professional skills, and supports high-quality output that aligns with firm standards and strategic priorities.
Minimal travel required; occasional client site visits may be necessary.
