Responsibilities

• Assist in processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support vendor account reconciliations and assist in resolving outstanding issues.
• Help maintain AP records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in GL reconciliations.
• Help analyze variances in expense accounts and prepare supporting schedules.
• Assist in audit support by organizing and retrieving financial records.
• Depending on skills, abilities, and interests, may be assigned to special projects such as research or data analysis.
