Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks an Accounting Intern at its Linthicum, MD headquarters. You will gain exposure to accounts payable/receivable, financial statement preparation, and analysis while supporting the accounting team and branches.

A 40-hour week, 12-week program, and strong Excel/Word skills are required. Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, be a senior or rising senior (Aug 2027–May 2028), have a US driver's license, and be able to start end May 2027.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Senior or rising senior, graduating Aug 2027–May 2028.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid US driver's license for one year.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Can start end of May 2027.
• Available for 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.
• Must live within 1 hour of Linthicum, MD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic accounting procedures including A/P & A/R.
• Prepare financial statements and analysis.
• Work with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports.
• Involved with cash receipts, petty cash, and schedules.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
