Intern must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a professional demeanor. The internship may lead to a full-time position after graduation.

Qualifications

• Intern must be working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of a project or work in progress and apply knowledge gained to future projects.
• Possess and apply a solid understanding of the work environment; be punctual.
• Develop a general understanding of Myers and Stauffer services.
• Respond to all inquiries and requests.
• Strive to attain goals established by direct supervisors.
• Positive attitude toward self, other professionals, clients, and Myers and Stauffer.
• Ability to gain computer proficiency relative to administrative programs, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet research.
• Professional in appearance and manner.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• This position could have the potential to become a direct hire in a full‑time position after graduation.
