Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Corporate Accounting team in Dallas, TX, with hands-on exposure to general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end close processes.

You will prepare journal entries, assist with reconciliations, and support process improvements in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will learn how finance supports a growing business, collaborate with experienced accounting professionals, and contribute to day-to-day accounting tasks

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Understanding of core accounting principles, including debits/credits and accrual accounting.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and willing to develop further during the internship.
• Follow established processes and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and apply accounting principles.
• Assist with month-end activities and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Track accruals and prepaid expenses in the monthly cycle.
• Review and code vendor invoices for timely processing.
• Assist with payment activities and ensure proper recording of receipts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Organize accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Document accounting processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support audits by gathering requested information.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Accounting team.
