Melaleuca is seeking outstanding individuals to join our Accounting Group in Idaho Falls for a formal internship program. Winter runs January through April and Summer runs May through August, with approximately 90 days on-site work.

The role supports the Accounting Manager by providing complete and accurate financial information across inventory, capital, cash, income, expenses, and product costs. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, closing journal entries, and variance

Qualifications

• Preference given to students currently in their junior or senior year of college, pursuing a degree in related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher.
• Strong creativity, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements for various entities.
• Reviews and analyzes departments; prepares closing journal entries.
• Performs monthly expenses account variance analysis.
• Performs special projects by researching, coordinating, gathering information, etc.
