Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Interest in accounting, business systems, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation, testing, and setup of new business software applications.
• Support data migration, validation, and cleanup related to software integrations.
• Assist with state tax registrations, setup and compliance tracking.
• Document business processes, workflows and system procedures.
• Support accounting with reconciliations and AP/AR tasks.
• Prepare spreadsheets and data analyses for management review.
