Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
Experience with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite).
Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
Generate and format basic financial reports.
Assist with month-end close procedures.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of client records.
Maintain documentation and organize client files.
Collaborate with senior accountants and staff to meet deadlines.
